The Challenge
The client's legacy system was fragmented, slow, and prone to data sync errors. Editors faced significant friction when handling rich media, and the publishing pipeline required multiple manual approvals that bottlenecked daily content output.
They needed a unified, brutally fast workflow that could handle massive asset libraries without compromising on interface responsiveness or user experience.
The Solution
We engineered a React-based frontend powered by a headless CMS architecture. The interface was completely redesigned focusing on a 'Deep Mode' aesthetic to reduce eye strain during long editorial sessions, highlighted by energetic orange accents for critical actions.
Media asset management was rebuilt from the ground up, introducing bulk operations and intuitive drag-and-drop mechanics that streamlined the entire publishing pipeline.
